Do you have to be 55 or older to live here?
Generally speaking yes, Center Court is a Senior Living apartment community. However, we are allowed 10% of our community to be between the ages of 25-55.
What are the lease terms?
Generally speaking our lease term options range between 6-13 months for our one bedroom and two bedroom apartment homes. Available lease terms are based on current availability, and changes frequently. Call us today to see if we can fit your needed timeline.
What does it cost to move in?
Our low move in costs will certainly help in your move. We require $200 OAC deposit + first month's rent, call our office for a quote on your new home right here in Murray.
Are utilities included in the cost?
We do not include utilities in the rent, residents pay these separately. Residents pay electric and gas to the utility providers as well as water, sewer, and trash to the apartment community, due the same time as rent. In addition, our residents are able to benefit from valet trash twice per week, just leave it outside your apartment home door and we will take care of the rest!
What's your pet policy?
We love pets! Our pet friendly homes allow two animals per apartment. There are a few breed restrictions for dogs and 25lb weight limit, call us with any questions.
Do you require apartment renter's insurance?
Yes, we want our residents and our community to be protected. All residents are required to either have an HO4 policy or participate in our waiver option.
How do I pay the rent?
Payment options are convenient and easy, online payment options are available at Center Court. We also have an on-site office and are able to take certified funds during office hours.
How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?
We have on-site maintenance available to help should a repair be needed. Our maintenance team is quick and efficient in taking care of our residents needs. In addition, we offer 24 hour maintenance assistance for emergencies.
What is the parking situation?
We offer rentable covered parking, garage parking or free uncovered parking to our residents.
What unit types or floorplans do you offer?
Center Court Senior Living offers Studio, One Bedroom, and Two Bedroom apartment homes.

Take 1-15 N or S and take the UT-266/4500 So. Exit, EXIT 301. Head East off of exit towards Murray. Turn right onto S. State St/US-89 S. Turn left onto E Vine St. Turn left onto Center St. 4916 S. Center St. in on the left.
