Sweet place to stay

I moved here about 6 months ago. Ann Royce the manager had a great and friendly act. Being sensitive and observant I was suspicious of something. Fast forward appx 6 mo and I have not slept for about 4 weeks. Her friend who lives above me comes home around 2-3- or 4 a. She pounds her feet and tests for awhile. Maybe about 3 a she again drop luggage or books or something that creates a huge loud noise. I try to act like it has not. Other editors but heck with the noise she creates after being woken up is strange and so hard to deal with. I have talked to this lady and ANN the manager. The manager seems to have a friendship with this lady. Anyway I should have taken the top floor but I would avoid this place. Ann should have helped me more but it is clear she is on the crazy ladies side.
